Concurrent Symposium

Organize an expert breakfast session or lunchtime educational session on a topic of your choice.

Concurrent Symposia are 60-minutes in length and run during breakfast (07:00-08:00) or lunchtime (12:45-13:45).

Spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

exclusive

Exclusive Symposium

Organize a unique session immediately following the opening ceremony of the IASP World Congress on a topic of your choice.

The Evening Symposium is 90 minutes in length and will run from 18:30-20:00 on Monday, 19 September 2022. 

This premier, exclusive session is only available to one company. 

Mini

Mini Symposia

Are you a smaller company with a limited budget? Mini Symposia are a new addition to the World Congress that allows smaller companies to have a voice.

15‑minute presentation slots are allotted in one of the main session rooms. Mini Symposia are only available to companies who have an exhibit booth.

Innovation 2

Innovation Lab


Organize a seminar or product demonstration on a topic of your choice. Available as part of an exhibit and support option.

Innovation Lab sessions are 10-15 minutes in length and take place on the exhibit hall floor.

Hands On

Hands-on Practical Workshop


Provide product support or educational materials and technical teams to facilitate hands‑on practical workshops.

Hands-on Workshops take place on Monday 19 September from 08:30-16:30 before the Welcome Reception.

Exhibitors looking for booths with basic hard-shell wall and sides, basic carpet, and standard lighting and electricity should choose this option. Space starts at 9 sqm.

Lived Experience
Center (LEC)

The LEC brings together patient advocates, patient organizations, scientists, clinicians, healthcare providers, and policymakers who aim to create better outcomes in the awareness, understanding, research, teaching, assessment, and management of pain throughout the world.

The Global Alliance of Partners for Pain Advocacy (GAPPA) oversees the programming which is designed to be of interest to all Congress attendees. The LEC aims to provide understanding and education through panel workshops, presentations, and technology demonstrations on pain and the science behind it as well as practical workshops communicating the latest techniques and best practices in self-management and living well with pain.
