Dr. Megan McPhee

Dr. Megan McPhee completed her PhD in December 2020 with a strong focus on understanding changes in pro-nociceptive and anti-nociceptive mechanisms over time in people with low back pain. She has since continued working on understanding biological, demographic, and clinical factors influencing pain modulatory mechanisms in epidemiological samples from the Tromsø study, as well as beginning to study how pain modulation may relate to other mechanisms of cortical plasticity.
