Dr. Michael L. Meier is a senior pain researcher and group leader at the University of Zurich and Balgrist University Hospital, Switzerland. He holds a PhD in cognitive neuroscience from the University of Zurich and received > 1 million research funding and several awards in the pain research field. He is an expert in pain assessments and neuroimaging of acute and chronic pain.
