Leveraging eHealth to support System-wide Reform in the Care of Young People with Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain: ‘What’ and ‘How’
Musculoskeletal care in young people is mainly oriented towards ‘what’ to do (efficacy and effectiveness outcomes), and less on ‘how’ to improve musculoskeletal health outcomes across a health system. Examples of how Models of Care (MoCs) can be used as a policy vehicle to orient towards high value care for young people with musculoskeletal pain are shared, showing ‘how to’ translate evidence for ‘what works’ in health care from a policy/systems level, across service delivery and downstream into clinical practice.
