Nerve blocks for Management of Orofacial and Cranial Neuropathic Pain

In this station, the speaker will review nerve blocks techniques for performing blocks of the ophthalmic and mandibular branches of the trigeminal nerve and cervical nerves including supratrochlear and supraorbital, auriculotemporal (using the temporal technique), and greater and lesser occipital nerves. The speaker will review indications, contraindications, and side effects of these interventions, and discuss the role of these modalities in the diagnosis and management of neuropathic pain disorders.
