SIG Poster Awards
Several SIGs are offering prizes for the best poster abstract submission relating to their area of discipline. Find out more about the awards currently available and any additional requirements below.
Abdominal and Pelvic Pain SIG
The Abdominal and Pelvic Pain SIG will award the best related topical poster abstracts accepted for the World Congress by a trainee with:
- 1st Prize: One complimentary World Congress registration
- 2nd Prize: A $250 honorarium
- 3rd Prize: A $100 honorarium
Review of the abstracts will be performed anonymously by the scientific committee of the Abdominal and Pelvic Pain SIG based on the following criteria: clarity, originality, scientific merit/clinical merit, methodology, and analysis of the work.
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome SIG
The CRPS SIG will award the best CRPS poster abstract accepted for the World Congress with a one year membership of the CRPS SIG and a prize of $200.
Review of the abstracts will be performed anonymously by the scientific committee of the CRPS SIG based on the following criteria: clarity, originality, scientific merit/clinical merit, methodology, and analysis of the work.
